Seagate hopes to move Cayman HQ to Ireland

SCOTTS VALLEY — Seagate Technology’s board of directors hopes to move the company’s legal headquarters from the Cayman Islands to Dublin, Ireland, a tax savings-related measure that is expected to have little impact on the company’s long-standing Scotts Valley corporate presence. (MORE)
