Santa Cruz County bucks housing rental trend with climbing prices

Bucking the national trend of dropping rental rates and higher vacancies, Santa Cruz County apartments were ranked as the second most expensive in the state. Local apartments also reported the highest occupancy rates in California, according to a statewide survey that focused solely on the 15 largest apartment rental complexes in the county. (MORE)
